I have been working in film production since 2009, when I was hired as a production assistant by a director specialized in international documentaries. My role shifted with each documentary and production step, ranging from researcher and production assistant to field and line producer as well as editor. I then became self-employed and took on further projects both in the documentary field (fixer, writer/editor, production assistant, casting/location scout) and commercial production (P.A.). I also worked as an editor and producer with National Geographic and the UNESCO.

I am a Swedish born, Berlin-based documentary filmmaker with over 8 years of experience in the industry. Throughout my career, I have worked as an in house DOP, editor and director for a large, global production company producing corporate, image film. Today, apart from working independently, I am Co-founder of Oblique Collective which creates videos to support positive change. Since 2022 I am a member of Transparency International’s Young Journalists program. My favourite projects are those that challenge prejudices through inspiring personal stories.

I am a freelance videographer and cameraman with 10 years of experience. I work for Spiegel Online, Spiegel TV, German television and produce content for companies. I have a sense for good stories. I covered the Egyptian Revolution on Tahrir and recently filmed in the refugee camps in Greece. After I graduated from University in Sociology, Literature and History, I studied at filmArche and trained as a videographer. I speak Spanish, English, French and a little bit of Russian. I am living in Berlin, where I enjoy a large network.

Shane Thomas McMillan is a filmmaker and photographer investigating human connections to each other and the planet. As director, co-director, and cinematographer, he has worked on over 100 documentary shorts and multiple feature films in over 25 countries since 2016. His work with an environmental and social focus has sprung from collaborations with organizations like the Jane Goodall Institute, Ecosia, and the Association for Wildlife Protection, among others. His images have been featured by Vox, BBC, and Arte. Since 2019 Shane has been a lecturer at the German Journalism School.

Matthias Schatz works as a multimedia journalist in Hamburg, Germany. After finishing his studies at the universities of Münster/Westfalen and Hamburg with a PhD thesis on the French artist Odilon Redon he worked for the Axel Springer Verlag and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Later he became a spokesperson and director of publications at Beiersdorf AG for ten years. He then joined Bloomberg LP in London, where he worked for almost eight years as Senior Producer for their German TV channel. As a print, online and video journalist he focuses on the economy and fine art.

Tom made his first short film at the age of 12, a star turn that made his mother cry at the premiere as she watched her young son bleed to death on the school bathroom floor. Since then he has worked as a director, first AD and editor on projects ranging from feature films to music videos to ad campaigns, and though his acting career is over his passion for film remains. Originally from New Zealand via Melbourne, he is now based in Berlin and works with an international client base on commercial and creative projects.

Ruben Teshmar is a German-born and an enthusiastic filmmaker with a degree in media design and production. He started working as a Director of Photography on smaller and independent movies and later began working with much skill versatility on larger projects as a lighting technician, and camera assistant. Furthermore, his 2021 big projects include working on special effects with "Netflix's 1899" and was also opportune to join the production team of "John Wick 4". As for his most latest project, he recently finished working with "Dune Part 2" special effects team last 2022.

Dominic is an award-winning photographer based in Berlin, Germany. His clients include UNICEF, Abbott Global, Caritas, WWF, Ports 1961, Huawei, Google Play, DHL/Deutsche Post, The International Peace Foundation, and Sixth Gear Studios. And his work has appeared in Vice, The Wire, Die Zeit, The Lancet, De Correspondent, El País, BuzzFeed, The Wireless NZ, The Word, and Munchies, among others. His photos have featured in exhibitions in Hanoi, Barcelona, and Berlin. In 2016, Dominic was awarded a grant by the European Journalism Centre to document water issues in Bangladesh.
