Went to undergrad at Penn State where I majored in journalism and french. Masters in Journalism at Columbia University in May 2014. I produce short documentaries for the web that focus on human rights, education, criminal justice and racial bias. I have made films about stop and frisk and marijuana arrests in New York City. I have also made films about undocumented students working on immigration reform in Queens, and about a 15-year-old girl who moved from Texas to Moscow on her own to study ballet at the Bolshoi's ballet academy. A recovering tech nerd, he is interested in blending media in reality. He is also testing the limits of interactive video storytelling with his first non-linear doc, entitled "Love, War, and PTSD," and "The Karma Walkers Experience," a serialized travel story where audiences participate over three months by documenting their own exploration that shadows themes from the film.
