Graduate of Columbia College Chicago, Kevin Luiz spent four years learning the art of film direction. Once graduated, Kevin went on to work for a numer of industry leading film & television shows including Brotherhood, Company Men, and MGMs Zoo Keeper. His passion for story telling translated to the craft of camera work. For four years Kevin studied under Master Level Photographer Mark Medeiros, honing in on the art of imagery and lighting. Kevin has also studied briefly under such names as Chicago film maker Red Clark, and iconic DP Philip Bloom. Additionally, Kevin's love to share his knowledge with others and joined the staff at Redshark News as an author for the renound international film website in late 2014. Kevin's drive for story telling has lead to exciting projects and his work has taken him all over the world. With these passions in play, Kevin joined forces with Garry Medeiros in late 2012 to form Capion; a creative commercial studio that specializes in corporate branding and national television campaigns. Kevin's appetite for success coupled with his creative know how ensures his ability to deliver products unparralled to the competition.
