About
Mexican director, writer and producer born in 1994.
She completed her studies in Digital Cinema and Postproduction at the Sae Institute México, a Master in Film Business and a Master in Line Producing at the Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya in Spain.
She started as a production assistant at Mandarina Cine in 2018, and then ventured into production direction with short films such as In Vita Mors In Morte Vita (2018) and the feature film La Colonial (2022).
After her experience producing, she realized that in the industry there is a lack of female perspective, which is why in 2020 she founded her production house Fémina Films, reaffirming with it the search to empower female figures and sexual dissidence on and off the set. .
Since then and to date she has directed short films and video clips that show and promote this perspective, such as Balam (2023), her first fiction short film that is about to premiere at film festivals, and around 10 video clips. She is currently working on the script for her first feature film Day One.
