About

Panos Daoultzis is a freelance film editor. He studied in the Vocational Training Institute “AKMI” in the Audiovisual and Art Faculty. He has been working in Athens since 1992, at first for a national broadcasting channel and later on for the biggest production companies in Greece. After having gained experience in TV series, he moved on to cutting short films, documentaries and feature films as he has always considered working on complex narratives, a very challenging task. At the same time, he found himself also inspired by the demanding work which is being done in advertising. He has worked on more than one thousand TV commercials, seven documentaries, two feature films and six short films as a freelance editor. Panos has also won best editing awards for the feature film "J.A.C.E." (2011 - Best Editing Award, Greek Film Academy), the short film “11” (2009)and “Nine to Five” (2017, Best Editing Award Bucharest Shortcut Cinefest and Dreammachine International Film Festival.)
