Restaurant De Kas is made up of multiple glass greenhouses from the 1920s, and can seat up to 140 guests in their 8-meter tall restaurant. De Kas grows its own vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers right next to the restaurant to create luxury dishes. Once known as the Amsterdam Municipal Nursery, 50,000 guests now dine at De Kas each year. A daily menu is created based off the nursery's harvest.
