Request a demoGabrielle Brady (1984) is an Australian documentary film Director and Video Journalist based in Cologne Germany. Gabrielle is Content Editor for the interactive documentary magazine The Human Geographic. She has completed a double degree in Theatre performance and Broadcast Journalism at the Charles Sturt University in Australia, and a masters in Documentary Direction at the Escuela Internacional de Cine in Havana Cuba. Her first short documentary Los Pantalones Rotos has been shown at international festivals in Portugal, Cuba, Asia and Australia. Recently, Gabrielle lived in Indonesia for a year where she made a short documentary for the United Nations with young women being forced in to marriage. In 2012, Gabrielle was Co-Producer for the award-winning Australian documentary film Coniston. Gabrielle has recieved funding from Bertha Foundation for her first feature film – on Christmas Island.
