I gathered testimonies from families of the Coptic Christians murdered by ISIS in Libya writing it up as a feature for Al Araby Al Jadeed - a new pan Arab news outlet based in London
I was close to the scene of the crime and immediately went down to the hospital interviewing a survivor of the Bardo Museum attack in Tunis a few hours after it happened. The testimony of the Japanese survivor I spoke to was key for the NY Times article as it was the first English speaking outlet to elicit witness testimony.
I contributed reporting to a news article in the fallout of the Bardo Museum attack in Tunis. I talked to friends and neighbours of one the gunmen and Carlotta Gall, NY Times North Africa correspondent, used my reporting in her larger article.
