I was close to the scene of the crime and immediately went down to the hospital interviewing a survivor of the Bardo Museum attack in Tunis a few hours after it happened. The testimony of the Japanese survivor I spoke to was key for the NY Times article as it was the first English speaking outlet to elicit witness testimony.
