I am a multi-media freelance journalist writing on travel, politics, lifestyle and business for The Guardian, The National, BBC, Vice Magazine, South China Morning Post and others. I am currently based in Manila but work across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. I speak Arabic, French, German and can muster a few sentences in Filipino. When Im not writing, filming or taking photographs youll find me trying to learn Filipino or jumping on a plane/bus/boat/jeepney to explore a new destination.
