This project is a culmination and evaluation of the super typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) early recovery and rehabilitation projects in least-served, most vulnerable, and hard-to-reach disaster-stricken communities.
Rodallie Mosende grew up homeless on Paterno Street, Quiapo, Manila. Despite the lack of resources, she was determined to go to school. Rodallie graduated with a bachelor degree and now has a job in the cruise industry waiting for her. She is an inspiration to many Filipinos, a great example of survival against the difficulties in life.
