About

Colin Nusbaum collaborates on film, television, and commercial projects that feature dynamic storytelling and a strong visual aesthetic. He is the cinematographer and co-editor of Caveh Zahedis documentary The Sheik And I, which premiered at the 2012 SXSW Film Festival, where Film Comment called Sheik the festivals top film. In the last year, Colin also lensed feature narrative films Allure and Audition, which are both set to be released in 2013. He is currently editing the feature length documentary Tough Love, for director Stephanie Wang-Breal, which will be aired on POV in 2015. While on other documentary projects, Colin has been fortunate to work alongside award-winning directors Richard Hankin, Alex and Tanya Meillier, Michael Moore, Bob Richman, and Liz Garbus on projects for HBO Documentaries, PBS, Overture Films, and A&E Television. His television and commercial clients include Nickelodeon, Google, ISSUE Project Room, WaterDefense.org, and many others. Colin is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
