However, a severe injury during a match saw him move away from professional sport. Chillida would die a few decades later as one of the most prominent sculptors of the world. The Museum of Modern Art and the Metropolitan in New York; the Tate Britain in London; the Kunsthalle Basel in Switzerland, the Neue Nationalgalerie in Berlin… All of them collect his sculptures.

Throughout this trip, which begins with the preparation of this exhibition, we will discover Néstor´s unique spirit and way of working, and his influence on the culture and contemporary art of the twentieth century.
