About

My name is CHEN-CHIH CHAN based in Taipei, Taiwan. I graduated from Tainan National University of the Arts (Master Degree in Graduate Institute of Animation and Film Art 2007). I attended New York Film Academy for 8 weeks filmmaking program workshop and 1 Year Diploma in Cinematography Program in 2009. I started my career as a camera assist in a camera rental company in Taipei in 2006. I'm currently a freelancer cinematographer mainly shooting commercial films, documentaries, short films and music videos. I've also worked on a few feature films as the 1st AC/ 2nd AC including the hollywood film "Life of Pi". I've participated some Discovery Channel shows shot in Taiwan as well.
