Hayarkon 70 News is a weekly newscast broadcast online and at Tel Aviv Cinematheque (before movie screenings). The newscast is produced independently and voluntarily by a group of a few dozens TV makers reporters, editors, directors, camera operators, journalists, producers, designers and more. This is the kind of newscast we would like to watch on TV fair, true, informative and entertaining, one that expresses the values we believe in: a just society, economic equality, genuine peace, sustainable environment and a great awesome future for us, our children and our neighbours in Israel and the rest of the world. Each newscast is about 5 minutes long and includes in-studio reports, one leading outdoor video item and a pollution forecast an informative and rather amusing regular segment concerning environmental issues. Hayarkon 70 News is aired on a weekly basis since June 2009.
