Cécile is an award-winning documentary director and videographer. She has worked on a number of broadcast projects including films for the BBC, Channel 4 and YLE. Her directorial debut, The Watchmaker, screened at numerous A list festivals around the world and won the Grand Jury prize at Boston International Film Festival. She is currently developing a feature length art documentary with the support of the Sundance Institute. Her work focuses on art and design, education, health and human rights.

Moving between his colourful pared-down home and the streets and windswept marshes of East London, we discover the horologist’s ascetic and beautiful private world.
