I am a journalist based in India. Though I have reported extensively in the region, I do a lot of long formats on women issues, conflict and stories that highlight India's development/lack of development issues. I majorly report from Asia - India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Japan, Indonesia are few nations I am familiar with. I have worked with a couple of Indian channels before I started freelancing. You can see my work on various websites and channels. Recently I finished a HET course from Jordan and am very interested to cover human stories from conflict zone. From India though I cover almost all news, I am interested in women issues, development and financial stories and how social changes are changing India. I have won an award for a show I use to produce and currently also teach multimedia and digital journalism at a university as a guest lecturer.
