Girls and young women in primary and secondary school and post-secondary school are susceptible to sexual violence, and may be even more vulnerable in post-earthquake Haiti due to a variety of factors. The two forms of sexual violence are: rape and transactional sex.

In this story, I was sent to document how Puerto Ricans who migrated to Florida live after the impact of Hurricane Maria and its importance in the political framework of the United States. My role was as a photojournalist, I had to research, network, interview, and live with them in hotel rooms for about a month.
Human trafficking is the second most lucrative crime in the world. This terrible crime is an international phenomenon. Based on the testimony of survivors, social researchers, volunteers, and workers from various organizations, the topic of human trafficking in Puerto Rico is presented. A phenomenon that for many is still difficult to recognize.
