Hi, my name is Carol Olona. Im a London-based multimedia journalist originally from Barcelona, Spain. I have experience creating engaging video-on-demand content, news features and investigation video reports for the media and global financial industry. I worked almost 5 years for Bloomberg News as a multimedia producer and in 2012, I was part of an award-winning team for the work on Victorias Other Secret video report, which I co-scripted and edited for different Bloomberg News platforms. I'm an experienced self-shooter (Panasonic Pro AGHVX200A, Sony PMW-200 and Canon 5D MkII) and video editor (Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro) able to take a story from concept to completion. I'm eager to hunt character-driven stories about social issues, migration in Europe, participatory movements such as Marea Granate or 15-M, women empowerment and also cultural and odd stories like the celebration of the Chinese New Year in London.
