Erik L. Barnes, owner of ELB Productions, is an accomplished filmmaker, director, and editor. In the past seven years, he has established himself as a highly sought-after editor of broadcast commercials and other brand related content. More recently he has directed several short form documentaries for art institutions such as The Getty Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art – Los Angeles (MOCA), the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), The Hammer Museum and New York Times T Magazine in addition to directing an increasing amount of commercial content. Also, his initial foray into narrative filmmaking, the short film Spinners, has recently screened at the New Orleans Film Festival, and Memphis Indiefest.
