Eco India: Can aquaponics be the answer to poison-free fish and vegetables?
Agriculture is the main source of livelihood for more than half of India’s population. Most farmers are poor, and many struggle to survive. New techniques hold out the promise of improving their productivity and income. One is aquaponics – a resource-saving system that marries fish and vegetable farming.
