I'm a camera operator/editor from Brisbane, Australia. I've edited 3 documentaries, 1 for BBC which was nominated for an Emmy (Into the Eye of the Storm: Sydney to Hobart yacht tragedy), and another for The History Channel (9/11:Australia Remembers) that was nominated for an ASTRA Award. Since leaving full-time work and while raising 2 kids I started my own company shooting and editing videos for real estate and small business to pay the bills. Now is the time to make my stories - Brisbane is a hub of sport and creation just yearning to be put in the spotlight. From here I can also access the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast where environmental issues, youth issues and alternative lifestyles are the norm. I'd love to hunt for stories about the underdog, about those helping people in need like Mummy's Wish who look after families of mums with cancer. Or focus on how our children no longer have playtime in Kindy. I'd also love to put a smile on people's faces with quirky stories focusing on the elderly - Men's Sheds, foodie heaven-what goes into setting up a food shot or illegal downhill road luge. Basically, I love story telling-it's in my bones and it's been dying to get out!!
