Ben Harper is a DP and Editor based in Cleveland, Ohio. Ben is a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Journalism. After beginning his career in television reporting, Ben moved to his true passion, working behind the camera. In the past 20 years he has filmed in 42 states and more than two dozen countries. Throughout most of his career, Ben has worked on small teams and is capable of stepping into multiple roles throughout the production process. He is passionate about visual storytelling that impacts the audience in a meaningful way, and also in helping others make media that does the same. Ben has been honored with a national event filmmaking award and in 2018 with an Emmy.
