I went to Abbottabad, the city where the world's most wanted terrorist was found, to understand and document the patterns of change and progression among the city and its people. I produced a 10 minute documentary along with a long-form text/photo article.
This is a character driven documentary that sheds light on the plight of the transgender community in Pakistan. Jannat Ali, a Lahore based trans activist talks and dances the audience through her journey. On the whole, the documentary illustrates the position of politics and art, as elements integral to the struggle of being a trans activist in Pakistan.
As the league's in-house producer I launched Pakistan Super League Films, with this two part interview between Wasim Akram and Sir Vivian Richards. The production is a treat for any cricket fan around the world, starring two of the greatest players the game has known.
