An amazing opportunity to work with heavy hitters such as Jimmy Chin, Jose Gonzalez, Kit DesLauriers, Marc Randolph and Knight Campbell to tell their story of success and reflect on the critical skills they learned through NOLS. // Cinematography, Assistant Editor When Douglas Spale, a Black man adopted into a mixed-race family from Nebraska, heard a request for more diverse role models in the upland hunting world, he answered the call. What came next was an incredible bond between himself and a young budding hunter that was forged over bird dogs, whirring wings, and the upland landscapes that are so important to both new and seasoned hunters and conservationists alike.
