Dmitry was born in the USSR, and fled to the United States at the age of eight with his parents. He began pursuing filmmaking at an early age, and received his BFA in Cinematography from UCLA in 2010. Since that time, Dmitry has been working as a freelance director and cinematographer based out of Los Angeles. He has photographed several features, two cross-country documentaries, and numerous commercials with clients such as Zappos, Under Armour, Intuit, Honda, Acura, US Cellular, Ogio, Coldwell Banker, and others.
