Publication on gup magazine of my documentary project 'You, River of my Tears' which deals with the heterodox religious minority of Alevi people in east Turkey and the conflict with the state. The Munzur valley - besides being the heartland of the Alevi - is also a melting-pot of left-wing dissidents.
