I was commissioned to do this 5 minute piece for BBC in Paris. I went to Paris fashion week to interview Dries Van Noten with a 2 camera set-up along with journalist Liza Foreman. I filmed his show and edited the video with guidance from BBC London based producer Daniel John.

The Bonnotte potato is the most expensive potato in the world and it's harvested only 1 week per year on a small island in West of France. I shot this video over the course of 2 days, as a documentary DP and field producer.

On a farm in Eus, France, where the sun shines 320 days out of the year, Etienne and Perrine Schaller grow lemon caviar. This special fruit, native to Australia, is known in the English-speaking world as finger lime. Lemon caviar is full of beads of deliciousness that look just like caviar. And, like caviar, it’s pricey. The Schallers sell theirs to top chefs like Daniel Lutrand, who invites us to Le Pastis Restaurant in Montpellier, France, to sample one of his elegant dishes.
