For the past 16 years I’ve been based in Smithers, in the Central Interior of British Columbia. I returned to Canada from Slovenia in 2008, after working at the Slovenia Times. I hold diplomas in Photojournalism and Digital Communications. I’ve worked in most areas of journalism: print, photography, radio broadcasting, news reporting, web publishing, wildlife documentary including for Out Yonder Productions wildlife documentary film about grizzly bears and mountain goats in Northwestern B.C., providing principal cinematography. I've filled several communication contracts with non-profit organisations situated in the Skeena Region on Northwest, B.C., mostly focused on storytelling and film development.
