OSEMA SENOUCI is an award-winning video correspondent and filmmaker who specializes in producing news narrative-driven stories, short documentaries, and character-driven stories for France24 Arabic and English. With his exceptional reporting skills and captivating visual storytelling techniques, SENOUCI has covered a broad range of topics, including Algeria's public protests against the regime, the presidential elections in December 2019, the cholera epidemic in August 2018, and high-profile political and economic international seminars. SENOUCI has also produced content for DZAIR NEWS, an Algerian news channel, and covered international business delegations to the United Kingdom, India, and Germany. His work has been widely recognized for its journalistic excellence, and he has won several awards for reporting and visual storytelling. In addition to his work as a video correspondent, SENOUCI is also a dedicated video journalism instructor. He has taught courses at the ALMAS training center in Algiers and has helped to train and mentor the next generation of video journalists in Algeria. Born in 1989, SENOUCI grew up in M'sila province, Algeria. He studied English language and arts at the University of Algiers and filmmaking at the Algerian National Institute of Audiovisual Arts. Before starting his career in video journalism, SENOUCI worked as a teacher of English at a private school. Based in Algiers, SENOUCI covers stories in Algeria and neighboring countries Tunisia and Morocco, providing valuable insights into the political, economic, and social landscape of the region.
