Request QuoteI am a young media professional with an education background in Sociology (Miranda House, University of Delhi) and Broadcast Journalism (Asian College of Journalism). I started my career with a show for Fox Traveller, What's with Indian Women, which sought to break-through myths and stereotypes Indian women confront in their daily lives. I then moved to Newslaundry where I mainly directed interviews with personalities such as Jeffrey Archer, Arvind Kejriwal, Sanjoy Roy while also writing articles for the online news portal. Since then, I have worked on feature programming for NDTV in varying capacities such as Assistant Director, Post-Production Supervisor and Scriptwriter. I have also created art-installations for the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts and documented events in the my city, Delhi. I hope to continue working on visual installations while moving away from the television format of non-fiction story-telling and making documentaries.

Follow the Star is a travel series that was produced by NDTV's RedDot. Through road journeys, the show discovered and presented carefully curated routes with interesting pit-stops to its viewers. I worked on the project in the capacity of a post-production supervisor.

The project aimed to create an artistic and sociological perspective on the cultural constructs of the highly codified space: the theatre. The space was treated as a spatial installation, as a place of representation which is carried to extremes and the fictional character of the real situation - architecture, politics of the gaze, codes of behaviour - are revealed.

Unicorn- Chasing the Startup Dream is an award winning series produced by NDTV Prime that featured up-and-coming startups across India while gaining insight into the startup ecosystem through interviews with the bigwigs in the field. I worked as a Assistant Director on the show while also supervising the post production.
