I am Scott Trimble, and I have been a photojournalist for 20 years. I started in still photography in newspapers and news agencies, and started shooting narrative films and documentary/news segments in 2004. I prefer stories that capture human emotion and clear stories, jumping in and out of lives at their key moments. I am also a fan of humans challenging the environment and themselves, sometimes succeeding, sometimes not, but reflecting a compelling story all the same. Currently, I am the Managing Photo Editor for MSN and driving the image philosophy of the publication. I am looking forward to diving back into the nitty gritty again instead of just deciding how other's work gets played out.
