François Garcia Fiore obtained his degree at the prestigious National Institute of Audio-visual in Paris. In 2008, he creates Monst3rlab, a collective of artists with two of his friends. Together they've travelled for so many countries around the world and shooted video clips for French and international artists. He signs his first script «Girasol» in 2013. The movie wins the TIFA in 2017. In the wake of this movie, François keeps writing the first African tv show shot on three different continents: «Reve sans faim». He wins a selection EAVE with his second scenario «Beau père du bled» Then he creates a new African tv show: «Soeurs ennemies» which is nominated at the FESPACO 2016 and at the Festival of Fiction in La Rochelle 2017. The Mexico-Dominican duo of Laura Amelia Guzmán (Dominican Republic, 1980) and Israel Cárdenas (Mexico, 1980) has directed, written, produced, and photographed several feature films to date. Among them figure COCHOCHI (2007) and JEAN GENTIL (2010), both celebrating their world premieres in the Exhibition of Cinematographic Art of the Venice Biennale; and their documentary CARMITA (2013), having its own at FICUNAM. Their most recent film, SAND DOLLARS (2014), starring Geraldine Chaplin, has been internationally renowned, as well as been distributed in French, German, Brazilian, Mexican, Argentinian, and U.S. cinemas. Presently, they work on feature film SAMBÁ (in post-production) and docu-fiction NOELI OVERSEAS, as well as the development of their next feature REINADO DE BELLEZA / BEAUTY KINGDOM, to be filmed in the Dominican Republic in 2017. Cinematographer and director Stephen Gerard Kelly is an Ireland-raised artist with a sensitivity around post-colonial power structures and a background in development and conflict research. Stephen’s debut feature documentary IN THE SHADOW OF BEIRUT is Ireland’s official selection for Best International Feature at the 96th Academy Awards. The film is also in contention for Oscar nomination in the Feature Documentary category after being awarded the Best Feature Documentary at the prestigious Academy Award Qualifying festival Doc Edge where it premiered June 1st 2023. Hi, I started my career in still photography in 2001 as assistant producer for Howard Goldman, from HG Producers and we worked on a few photo shoots for Victoria's Secret. In 2005 I was the local producer for a photo shoot for Latina Magazine on an article for Michele Rodriguez. In 2008 I started in film as assistant producer for a TV series called "Affaires Etrangeres" for french television TF1. In 2013 I co-produced "Cristo Rey" which had a nice festival run, and shorlty after in 2014 I produced "La Extraña", a remake of "Sin with a Stranger" from 1968.
