I am a Canadian journalist and documentary filmmaker, who has been working internationally since 2005. During this time, I have directed, produced, shot, and/or edited more than thirty film projects - traveling with all my own equipment and learning to find creative solutions in sometimes challenging situations. Along with a combined honours degree in Journalism and International Development Studies from the University of King's College (Canada), I also studied Documentary Filmmaking at Prague Film School, and completed an MA in Global Media and Transnational Communications at Goldsmith's, University of London. I have spent much of my career working on projects across Western Africa and Eastern Europe, and am currently based out of Monrovia, Liberia.
