3 reviewsMy name is Pablo García Saldaña, I'm originally from Cuernavaca, Morelos, and since I was a child I showed interest in natural history. I studied science communication at Tec de Monterrey and along with my studies I got my first jobs as a PA and 1st AC in film and television . Obtained two diplomas in documentary cinematography, the first in 2007 at the London Film Academy and the second in 2019 at the CCC in Mexico City. I have experience working with different types of cameras and sensors, from DSLR/Mirrorless to Cinema Cameras such as Sony F55, Sony FX6, Canon C300mkll and 500mkll, RED, Arri Alexa Mini among others. I started working with natural history was in 2016, when I 1st AC at the production of a documentary for the conservation of blue whale and other endangered species. Currently based in Mexico City, I specialize in cinematography and have had the privilege of documenting Bison, Mexican Wolf, Jaguar, California Condor, Leather-back Turtle and other species in their natural habitat. In addition to my work as a cinematographer I teach photography and video classes at Canon Academy and at the ACAMPADOC International Festival that takes place in Los Santos City, Panama.
