I am a screenwriter and audiovisual producer from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I speak three languages fluently (Portuguese, English and Spanish) and I have been creating content in the filmmaking and television industry for over ten years now. Julia Lemos Lima is a self-shooting documentary producer and director, founder of Spread The Word Films, a production company specialising in non-fictional films about women’s issues. Rodrigo Séllos is a self-shooting director and editor, founder of Caos e Cinema, a production company based in Rio de Janeiro. The film was also part of the official selection of the 37th Vancouver International Film Festival and Bogotá Short Film Festival. As editor, Rodrigo worked on five feature films, including "Street Kids United II - The Girls from Rio" - produced by Stephen Daldry and Mike Downey; "Memórias do Grupo Opinião” - opening movie for the 24th It's All True Film Festival, and the fiction “The Crazy and the Angelical” - released in brazilian theaters.  Séllos also directed and edited four music videos, and produced the documentaries exhibited at International Festival del Nuevo Cine Latino Americano (Cuba), China International New Media Short Film Festival and Festival de Cine de Lanzarote, in Spain. Hi! My name is Yuri Schuler, I'm a Brazilian filmmaker and music producer, based in Rio de Janeiro. I have always been passionate about music, so after starting a couple of rock bands in my teen years, I began to work as an audio engineer and recordist for Multifoco Música, an small music label in Lapa, RJ. From 2009 to 2013 I had the oportunity to work with some high level artists of brazilian popular music, such as Sandra de Sá, Luiz Brasil, Wilson das Neves, Elton de Medeiros among others, both in live concerts and in studio. In 2013 I felt the need to expand what I could offer to artists and musicians, so I started a new label, Útero, that would not only focus in music recording, but also in creating a connection between music and video, and how one can help the other in a world full of distractions and new content to compete. Since then, I have been enrolled in several courses, workshops and masterclasses, as well as practicing in real life projects, honing my skills as a filmmaker and project manager. Today, Útero has become my principal occupation, and I have directed several projects of music videos, live sessions, concerts etc. We have an office that has video edit rooms, professional recording studio and music studio, and our team is a group comprised of filmmakers, music producers, photographers, graphic designers and audio engineers, all working under the same roof and purpose. . With this team of talented people and infrastructure, we started to not only produce content to the Útero youtube channel (with over 20000 subscribers) , but also to offer our skills as freelancers, to other channels and companies of several niches. We have worked with museums, shipyards, sports, food photography, art exhibitions, social projects an so on. I am a Brazilian documentarist based in both Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, having lived abroad in Belgium, India, Mexico and the US, thus being street smart and world wise. I also speak fluently English, French and Spanish (and a little bit of hindi). And some of my interests are social sciences, anthropology, ethnography, arts and psychoanalysis. Most of my work has to do with cultural identities, traditions, versions of facts and of history, personal narratives and memory. Regarding my freelance experience, since I graduated from Film School* back in 2008, I have worked as assistant director in fiction for both TV and cinema. However, by 2012 I succeeded on migrating to documentary entirely. I mainly freelance as story producer and assistant director, but also as fixer and as a director, working for several companies in Brazil, such as Pindorama Filmes, Segunda-Feira Filmes, Gávea Filmes, República Pureza, CineGroup and Agência Click Isobar. I’d also worked for a French company once, L’Oeil Sauvage. C’était super! In a daily basis I am frequently asked to find stories and characters for Brazilian series like “What Tree Is That?”, “Big Cities”, “The Power of Sport”, “The Fountain of Youth” and “Help! My Children eat badly”. And also to bring up storylines and develop projects out from rough ideas and materials.
