Ana Isabel Martins. Film producer and professor at UNITEC´s Communication and Audiovisual Production career. She leads the production team in Honduras of the Icaro International Film Festival in Central America and is a founding member of the Magic Linterna Filmmakers Association She has worked in the production of the feature films "Toque de Queda" (2011), "Amores de Película" (2015), "El Paletero" (2016), "Un Lugar en el Caribe" (2017) and "Morazán (2017). This last film was chosen to represent Honduras at the 90th Oscar awards ceremony as an official entry and won the award for Best Production 2017 at the Icaro International Festival in Guatemala. Also in 2017 it was awarded with the Best Short Film award at the El Heraldo International Short Film Festival with the production “Santitos”. Also,participated in the production of the feature film “Días de luz” (2019) and produced “90 minutos” (2019), a film that received the audience award at the Miami Film Festival. "La Condesa" (2020) is the last feature film in which she has participated as a producer.

I’m a narrative and documentary producer and social media content creator from Honduras. I have worked in production and assistant director in Honduran feature films, short films, commercials for various brands and international documentaries. Also worked in transcriptions, translations, and subtitles for short and long feature films, in narrative and documentary. Among my most recent works I have a narrative long feature film and a documentary long feature. I’m also co-founder of Aurora Studio with my sister Andrea Arauz. We are a creative studio base in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. We offer different services such as audiovisual production, branding and photography.

Andrea Arauz is a Central American filmmaker and executive producer of Aurora Studio. Based in Honduras. She has a master degree in Documentary Cinema from the School of Cinema from Barcelona (ECIB). She is currently Production Coordinator of the Solutions Storytelling Program at Video Consortium for Latin America. Since 2021, she’s part of the screening committee of the Camden International Film Festival. This year, 2024, she became programmer associate for CIFF. As a Communications and Advertising graduate, she has worked in digital strategy, audiovisual production, branding, graphic design, 2D animation and creative director in projects for national and international NGOs.

My work has been published by OXFAM-Honduras and the UN as well as honduran newspapers like La Prensa, El Herado, El Tiempo and Presencia Universitaria. PEN Canada awarded the 2016 Prize: Escribir Sin Miedo to my collaborative photo essay “El Tumbador: una prisión verde de impunidad”(El Tumbador: A green prison for impunity).
