Sergei Trofimov is Tallinn (Estonia) based media professional focused on TV-series and documentary acquisition, production and distribution. Sergei graduated from Baltic Film and Media School with a bachelor of Crossmedia production. In the period from 2015 till 2017 Sergei worked for Estonian Public Broadcasting as acquisition executive. From 2017 Sergei works for Current Time TV (Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty) as an acquisition & commissioning manager. From 2020 also Sergei coordinates the East Doc Series training program as a part of the Institute of Documentary Films courses. In 2022 Sergei completed his MBA in Estonian Business School.
