Throughout my career I’ve worked alongside some inspiring charities and production companies. I’ve adapted to each brief which has seen me multitasking as a producer/director, editor and self-shooting camera woman and photographer. And due to the ever changing industry, it’s meant I have turned my hand to multiple other complimentary roles including research and idea development, co-ordinating film festivals, case study gathering and distribution producing. I’m a curious storyteller, continuously inspired by humans and nature. Multimedia content has the power to tell the most important stories of our time. My work aims to allow people to open their minds and connect to a cause, story or way of life. I specialise in finding the best medium to tell stories and bring them to life through film or photography to raise awareness and engage audiences.
'Kindred' is a short documentary film on Lily Mitchell - an 84 year old lady who has recently been diagnosed with dementia. The film provides a character portrait of Lily's wonderful outlook on life that has inspired us by her faith, peace and happiness. She proves that people living with dementia can still live a fulfilling life through the loving support of their family.
