Aizzat Nordin (b.1991) is a visual producer and independent documentary photographer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a decade of experience in capturing the essence of humanity through my lens. His transition from the outskirts to the city has shaped his unique perspective, driving him to tell the stories of local culture, human capital, migration issues, and labour-related topics. In 2019, he joined the Ministry of Youth and Sport as a Visual Director which started his journey in politics. From there, beyond photojournalism, he has collaborated with countless campaigns as he believes true change can be made through policy reform which shapes how we live our lives. His work has been published by agencies and research institutes around the world such as TIME, Centre Asia du Sud-Est (CASE), Lowy Institute and many more.
