My name is Marie-Hélène and I am a French-Canadian documentarist based in Montreal, Québec (Canada) and Mexico (Mexico). I studied social and cultural anthropology before focusing on filmaking and documentaries. I am passionated about human-beings and storytelling. My passion come from the pleasure I have of meeting people, ear their stories and trying to show their vision of life in small details. I am working between Montreal and Mexico with my husband who is from Monterrey Nuevo Leon. We are working together to elevate our work but also to confront our cultures and try to give the better side of who we are as artists.
