I directed the promotion campaigns for HDNet's news division, managed an ongoing series on HDNet World Report, an Emmy award winning weekly news show, and shot, edited, and produced pieces for the PBS NewsHour. I've had an opportunity to work on science, health, arts, and business stories, for broadcast and online platforms. I have significant experience filling all roles for pieces in the 2-8 minute range, from pitching initial concepts to posting a finished blogs. Growing up first on the Detroit’s east side, then on the west, it was up to Antonio "Shades" Agee to find his own diversions. He knew he wanted to paint, fascinated early on by oils and canvas but frustrated by its “tedious” pace. A classmate showed up one day with a can of spray paint, and he was hooked. “You could create the Mona Lisa in four hours,” he says.

Babs Tatalias retired at age 61. But after the stock market crashed in 2008, Tatalias went back to work, starting a new career as a kindergarten teacher without any prior teaching experience. Now at 68, Tatalias has no plans to stop working.
