Young Global Leaders - Kakuma Impact 2019
In the summer of 2019, I joined a group of World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders (YGLs) on a learning journey to the Kakuma Refugee Settlement in Kenya. Over a two week period, the YGLs provided certified business and leadership training to 30 entrepreneurs, and worked with refugees, the host community and the UNHCR to promote the inclusion of displaced people into the global economy. Produced, directed, shot and edited for the World Economic Forum in 2019.
