About

I am an award winning journalist and documentary filmmaker based in Johannesburg. After graduating from the University of Witwatersrand's School of Arts in Film and Television, I went on to make a success of myself as a multimedia journalist working first with News24 (South Africa's largest news website) and later joining Chronicle - multimedia partner to the Daily Maverick. After two years of work, I decided it was time to pursue my Master's degree. I am currently back at the University of Witwatersrand doing my Masters in Digital Arts. Her research is focused on the use of existing spaces as a platform to relay stories in an interactive and performative way. I am passionate about social justice and the arts.
