About
I am a freelance science journalist who has a wide experience working for national newspapers, magazines, both in print and online. Previously I have been a reporter for the Daily Mirror, health correspondent at the Scotland on Sunday, Science correspondent for the Sunday Telegraph for 8 years, deputy news editor at the Daily Telegraph, science writer for the MailOnline. I also have experience presenting and producing short online videos, tackling issues from attempts to get pandas at a zoo to breed, to explaining what the Higgs Boson is with the help of some tequila. I now regularly contribute to the BBC, New Scientist, The Sun, Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Sunday Times and Sunday Express, along with other national British newspapers. I have also written features for The Atlantic and the Wall Street Journal.
