We spent over a year and a half following a man awaiting a kidney transplant in Queens, NY. This was a labor of love and we completely produced this project from start to finish without any budget or distribution help.
We produced a series of lifestyle oriented pieces that we sold to a travel website in China. These character-driven stories were about famous chefs, tourist attractions, and eccentric personalities, and the 13 episodes we produced were shot on both coasts of the United States. We were responsible for all aspects of production of this project.
We went to Nevada on the eve of the presidential debate and profiled the head of the "Chinese Americans for Trump." This video was the product of that trip. We later sold it to a Chinese digital platform "Arrow Factory" where it aired and had the record number of views for any video on their platform.
