Despite not having many SH projects on his profile, Patrick was easier to work with than many more experienced Directors. The film was really well-shot and he got great interviews out of the contributors. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him

A thick egg pancake seared over a propane griddle is coated with a half-cup of margarine, handfuls of chocolate and pasteurized cheese, a dousing of sweetened condensed milk, and garnished with peanuts.
