Since its inception, Prealba film has been offering cutting edge multimedia projects, with particular attention to the messages conveyed. We aim to nurture the inherent documentaristic value of any collaboration. We prioritise productions where human cooperation, creativity and craftsmanship are central, with special focus on representing nature and the planet we inhabit. Prealba film germinates in 2020 from the joint effort between CKdoc and SPphotography, two brands already engaged in documentaristic productions (CNN Big Great Story, National Geographic – Unesco), industrial videos (Sebine), government (Comunità Montana Valle Trompia) and social cooperative (Andropolis).

There are musical cowbells, and then there are the ones Swiss artisan Stéphane Brügger makes by hand for actual cows to wear. Brügger’s ornately beautiful creations are customized with images of the Swiss cross, a cottage, a cow and two edelweiss. The most expensive go for more than $4,000. We joined the artist in his workshop in Fribourg, Switzerland, to learn the art and craft of cowbell making.
