Tijuana Reinvents Itself Through Food
The New York Times just released a list of 10 places you must visit if you are a foodie. One of those places was my hometown of Tijuana. "BajaMed" is a style of food that originated in Baja California and is known in different parts of the world. I was working with KGTV ABCNews in San Diego and pitched the idea to my news director, who approved the visit to TJ. The story had so much traction that the Baja's Tourism Government Agency, ask us if they can use the story to promote the food scene in Baja California.
