On January 20, 2021, acclaimed Irish violinist Patricia Treacy was scheduled to perform live at President-elect Joseph R. Biden's inauguration ceremony. In preparation for the potential cancellation of her performance, Patricia recorded a portion of Patrick Cassidy's "The Proclamation" live at Chicago's oldest public building, the 264-year-old Old St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Patricia played the 315-year-old 'Blagrove' Omobono Stradivari violin valued at over four million dollars.
