Completed Photojournalism and Documentary Program course at the Market Photo Workshop (2014) in Johannesburg, South Africa and an alumnus of the (2016) World Press Photo Masterclass East Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. In 2019 was selected to join a two-year mentorship program with VII Photo. Amongst exhibitions Zinyange Auntony’s work has been featured in international publications including, The New York Times, Bloomberg Business Week, and The Washington Post. He has worked on commission for various international corporates and Non-Governmental Organisations, including UNHCR, FAO, and International Medical Corps. A founding member of Everyday Zimbabwe, a contributor to Everyday Africa who regularly covers assignments for Agence France Presse.

It was very easy to work with Zinyange. He is very talented and he understood our art directions but also put his own creativity into making such interesting portraits. He put our subject at ease and that shows in the final product. I would highly recommend this photographer to anyone and Rotary International will be happy to work with Zinyange again.

For visitors, Victoria Falls are a breathtaking sight. For the people who live there, the falls are a powerful force. Where there is water, there is life. Filmmaker Auntony Zinyange takes us to the banks of the Zambezi River, where we witness the intense healing properties of this water. Traditional doctor Melusi “Mpisi” Ndlovu collects water and roots from the riverbank for his work in his village nearby. His patients have seen cures for their pneumonia.
The film features the two-time champion of the Nkashi Classic, Kgololo Boeng Nkashi is the Wa’Yei name for the pole used to propel a mokoro forward. The Nkashi Classic is an annual race held in the Okavango Delta honouring the contribution of traditional and local knowledge to science, conservation, and alternative enterprise opportunities. “I am equal to man- what men can do, I can do,” says Kgololo.
